    I'm not saying the organization should bend over backwards and give him everything he's asking for, but both sides need to make some compromises here and get the deal worked out. I'm afraid he'll hold out of camp without a new deal and it seems that those players that hold out, especially skill position players, get injured early on and have disapointing seasons.

    Unless he gets way more realistic, I sure hope not. What is he asking for? The Bears aren't in any hurry. Forte has no leverage. He's not a UFA. He'll end up holding out and then get hurt.
