    ugh I always forget I can't watch Cubs/Nationals games! Stupid blackout restrictions. I could understand if my cable provider carried MASN and I could watch it on there, but they don't, and I live 6 HOURS FROM DC! Give me a break :banghead:

    I heard he has the ability to put on quite a show in BP, so it may be a pretty good pick. I've heard a couple guys on the radio down here talking about him as a sleeper to win the thing. You might be right. I haven't really kept up with much AL baseball this year so I didn't even notice he's at 21 HR right now. He's only averaged 16 HR a year over the past 5 years and he just doesn't look too intimidating up there.

    What is the normal timetable as far as signing draft picks? LeMahieu, Kirk, and Raley are all unsigned and they're probably the three picks I'm most excited about (judging by their scouting reports). Is it time to worry that none of them will sign? Or is this long of a delay normal? Thanks.

    You said this yesterday when it was a 40% chance of rain. It's basically as likely to not rain tomorrow as it is to rain, so why would you assume they won't get it in? Summer thunderstorms are pretty much a crapshoot anyway. Also, if you're using weather.com, I'd advise using AccuWeather, as they seem to be much more accurate. They are forecasting possible shower's only around the 1 o'clock and 7 o'clock hours. They'll get the game in I'd bet, probably on time without delays.

    They hit the ball pretty well last night, it was either right to somebody or the Braves made an amazing defensive play. I fully expect the Cubs to touch up Kawakami pretty well. Hart does better than expected. Cubs win 7-4

    So it's Hart and Fuld down, Patton to the DL? Wow, I'm surprised that Hendry did something so logical. I would have actually kept Hart and sent Shark down to log more innings and continue his grooming and maturation towards a starter. However, I'll take these moves gladly over demoting Fox (or even Blanco).
