true story: to this day I'll occasionally come across a biker driving against traffic and I'll say this out loud in the car. sometimes I have a passenger, but it's not really important. it just needs to be said out loud and loud enough to make me feel i nailed the movie line. this has been going on for at least 5 or 10 years now. haha btw does your annoying coworker still ask about the cubs? never. i've never been mean to the guy but i think he's picked up on the fact that i don't necessarily enjoy talking cubs with him. or maybe he's just weird or thinks i'm weird. doesn't matter i guess. but, funny story (if i can convey it). so after GAME ONE of the season, his email said "I see they are still the same bumbling, stumbling, dumbling cubs of always". to which, i though, is dumbling a word? surely not. but i googled it to make sure. the only thing that came up was urban dictionary: (the guy that sent the email is a 50-something white guy so he obviously just made the word up in his heated frustration over a single loss in a 162 game season) So I forwarded this to another co-worker and it's been an ongoing joke when someone makes a mistake or looks dumb that they are dumbling.
