    also, since i just use game threads to throw words out into the wide open, can a mod help me add back an avatar? i have a small ass picture saved on my work desktop and it still says it's too big. i've tried to upload through a free hosting site and that didn't seem to work, either. it's quite possibly (likely) user error but I need help.

    Eh. If Q and Hamels can keep up being above average along with the known commodities of Lester and Hendricks, Yu can be a wild card/5th starter/occasionally good and the Cubs will be fine.

    yeah, allen webster can stay. ok. time to go home and hit the reset button. they've dug themselves in a hole but winning 4-5 against the pirates and angels is completely doable. at least today looked like a "typical" baseball game. hader's racist ass was too much to overcome but there is plenty of time to right the ship for the season as a whole.

    hader vs. bryant. well, this would be a swell time for kris to step up in a big moment. i swear if he hit a 3-run HR to give the cubs the lead off of hader then they are winning this damn division.
