    I mean I don’t exactly judge him for trying to go first to third there because it would have taken a perfect throw (and did) but there’s no reason to risk it either.

    well there is one other stipulation but i won't say what it is due to superstition ?? Isn't it just a CG Shutout with under 100 pitches? What I said would get him there. yes, i glossed over the "scoreless" part. though, a CGSO under 85 pitches should now be named a "henricks"

    i think you're thinking about someone else. there was a report that came out about carl dealing with racist tweets/messages (shocked!) but nothing to my knowledge that kept him out of action. Yeah, I remember hearing that, but for some reason I was thinking the poor guy dealt with a death in the family (or something along those lines), too. Think you're thinking of Eloy. He lost his grandmother. I give up after that.

    not anymore. i'm unsure if he has pitched since being cleared (and if so if he was effective) but he's healthy last I read. Was he also out on personal leave, too? Or am I probably thinking of someone else? i think you're thinking about someone else. there was a report that came out about carl dealing with racist tweets/messages (shocked!) but nothing to my knowledge that kept him out of action.

    I think he's back to more in line with what he's been his whole career outside of with us last year. He's still going to have some blowups when the contact isn't managed but he appears to look like he can at least be serviceable more times than not this year. It would be nice if Cedeno, Carl and Morrow can get up here at some point so he's closer to like our 5-6th relief option and not like top 3. Is Carl still injured or what? not anymore. i'm unsure if he has pitched since being cleared (and if so if he was effective) but he's healthy last I read.

    Now that I found the correct sport’s draft thread... I’m totally biased but even if I weren’t, I don’t understand for the life of me why nobody has drafted Kelvin Harmon (WR - NCSU). Somebody will get a steal. I don’t care what his 40 time was, he’s awesome. I’m thinking like in the Dez or Bolden mold.
