    How about actually posting something meaningful for a change instead of just informing us who you think sucks? Is that a rule now?

    Not to pretend like I know anything, but his mechanics seemed completely different to me than in the past. I remember when he first came up, watching him and thinking how he looked exactly like Mark Prior. Now it seems like he "bobs" (for lack of a better word) up and down during each pitch.

    OU FAN ALERT. Not to take a joke seriously or anything, but I really do root for OSU basketball, as long as they aren't playing OU. My cousin had life-threatening cancer when I was in high school, and notorious douchebag Doug Gottlieb somehow got wind of it and really helped take care of him, it meant a lot to the family. I started to pull for them then, and I still do, for the most part. JamesOn is a shooter that thrives as long as everyone is focused on guarding everyone else. He's not a ballhandler, defender or passer.

    ? He had one nice game. A nice game that upped his OPS to .437 I'm glad he finally hit a AA pitcher, but "here comes Colvin" is a little premature. Hope he keeps it up, though.

    What about all the praise that people give Jaramillio in Texas? Is that just fluff or can a guy like Von actually make a difference at the ML level? I'd like to see him in Chicago.

    Brutal. I guess they have some study that says there will be more total jersey sales by marketing them to to the home team's fans, who are more likely to be excited about the game, as a whole, than the national fan base. When I was at the Cubs/Rangers series, some guy behind me during the Thursday game was wearing a National league all-star jersey. He just looked so out of place.

    Ironically, I spent all morning doing interviews at a tryout hosted by the Devil Rays area scout at a local high school. A lot of current/future independent leaguers in the group.
