That's going to be more challenging to keep track of then when players get added to the database. At least there you have the "new additions" link you can scout in one shot. With this rule, you've got to keep a list of players you are interested in and keep an eye on that entire list on a daily basis to see if any have made their debuts. I'm not against this as this is the type of thing that will benefit a manager like me. But I think it'll hose many managers worse than the current system. Really? Do you think many worthwhile prospects get called up without a bunch of fanfare? How many in a year get called up that are worthwhile and not on someone's roster already? Do not want to belabor this point, but I tend to agree with Tim on this. I liked the way we ran it last year. True, I missed out on the chance to pick up a few prospects, but then I could search and find prospects when I had the time and the need to do so. But again, we can try it this year and change it next year if this process becomes cumbersome and most of the changes that we have made over the years have been positive, so I am done venting.
