That's funny because I actually put together a "program" and sent it to HBO/Showtime a few years back. Never heard anything back, but I think it would be a whole new genre for sports.

They don't recruit players that text message and they want to graduate a better percentage of student-athletes then regular students. Tucker knows there's more important things in life then basketball. Can they win the national title with this approach. Said Bo Ryan was the best coach no one had heard of. It was an ok piece.

I don't understand this trade at all. I could understand Jones for a second round pick, but how is JOnes AND 2nd round pick, only worth moving up 23 picks? I could have also seen Jones and a 2nd for the Jets 1st. Are you telling me someone would give a second round pick for him? If not, I really don't understand that.

yeah, i was pretty lucky...we didn't lose power here, and the weather conditions never got that bad. we're supposed to get it again tonight. Yeah, same here. We were pretty lucky with the power. We lost it quite a few times, but it wasn't off for more then 30 minutes at a time. The phone on the other hand was a pain! WHO-TV is saying it could be as bad tonight as it was over the weekend, so we'll see how it plays out. Hopefully, it passes by and isn't too bad.

Sorry I missed the draft guys! I got buried in snow and ice, lost power for awhile and lost phone and internet until this morning. About 4AM to be exact. At least if I suck this year I have an excuse!!! :lol:

Murton's upside = .900 OPS. I think he'll likely end up as Mark Grace plus 10 more homers a year. I'll take that in a heartbeat. This is similar to how I see Murton. I don't know that the kid will develop into a HOF player, but he can be a great secondary player on a team like Gracie was. Solid player, put up decent numbers, and play solid defense. Grace was probably a better defender at his position then Murton is. Grace would have won a gillion Gold Gloves if it weren't for J.T. Snow.
