  1. Like I said, it sucks, but it's not your fault. We'll get it taken care of it one way or another.
  2. If you don't get mine by Wednesday, I guess, I'll just send payment again. That sucks though. Where have you sent it? To you. Yeah, I figured. Did you mail it to my home address? I sent it to your homey Snoop's house. I sent it to the address provided to me by you. I don't know if that's your house or not?!?! :-))

  5. I'd like to land another pick here in the 2nd round. If anyone is interested let me know. (Note: I won't trade ARod for your pick, thank you though.)
  6. Really thought (hoped...) he'd fall to me two picks later. I knew I couldn't wait on him. I thought it was some really good value at that pick too.

  13. Thanks! I like the formatting, BTW. Thnk I will steal it. No problem. It's easier to follow, IMO. Especially once you get to multiple pages of picks. Don't worry we won't get there with how slow this is going. And we thought only MN was busy masturbating...................

  17. there are actually 2 local sports talk stations here in Knoxville. Sports Animal 99 and ESPN 1180. Are you looking to buy or rent? I work with alot of home builders and realtors in the Knoxville area. I can get you in touch with alot of people if you are looking to buy. I work in the construction field. Where to live? I would look to live out west or towards Maryville. The schools in Maryville are excellent. In Knoxville, I would look in Farragut, Hardin Valley, Powell, Bearden and Karns. I would stay away from the east side. It's not that bad, but all the good shopping and restaruants are on the west side. Let me know what you are looking for and I will be glad to help you. I probably won't buy right away. I'll have a nice little nest egg after selling my house, but I'm going to wait and see what the economy does. I'm actually exiting the construction field. I've operated a fairly good size company for quite a few years, but many of my builders have gone under...............hence my schooling. It's possible I may build if I really like it down there and find a nice spot. I haven't thought that far ahead, but it's certainly a possibility. Thanks for the info though. I look into those areas and see if I find something.
  18. We've just been doing basic research on the area. We just accepted an offer on our house here in Iowa, but it will be a while before we can move. I'm finishing up my Broadcast degree...............is there a good sports talk station down there or is just ESPN/Fox/SportingNews radio type stations? Any info on what areas to look at housing would be great too. I've been told to stay away for the east side by a few people online, but haven't been given any direction on where the nice areas are. I want family oriented communities. I can't be on campus town with 5 kids!
  19. I don't care either way, honestly. I'm just throwing my opinion out there. I just think the move is a bit shady, but certainly creative as well.
  20. You just want to watch American Idol............ :-))
  21. How is Knoxville? I'm thinking of moving down there. My wife was accepted to the university.
  22. I think that is correct. I would assume this means one cannot draft someone in the major league draft and put them in the minors for roster legality. I think this move is perfectly fine if we're beyond both drafts and one selects a player off of waivers, but it's not allowed when there are limitations on rosters in the preseason.
  23. We had discussed having a minor league draft prior to starting the major league draft. My understanding was that we were not suppose to draft players that would be placed in the minor leagues until the minor league draft. Technically, what you did was within the rules, but I don't think it's in "the spirit of the rules." If Japanese players that are just entering MLB can be stashed on the MiLB roster than they should be treated as prospects and not be available until the prospects draft. It's tough to differentiate between a prospect just added to the pool and a Japanese player just added to the pool. Should the rules be the same for both? Obviously, it's a creative way to keep your roster legal, but I don't know that it's a "fair" thing to do.
  24. I would agree with DJ here.
  25. Any weekend or evening after 8PM CST.
