Cubs minor leaguer Chris Archer will be interviewed soon. We'd like to do a segment w/ fan questions. Former-Peoria Chiefs announcer Brian Bedo (Now with TSR Media Group) will be conducting the interview. Please post questions in this thread. Chris Archer was traded from Cleveland to Chicago as part of the Mark DeRosa trade. He played Peoria in 2009 where he posted a 6-4 record, 2.81 ERA, 119/66 K/BB in 109 IP.

I've had contact with you several times over the winter, and have consistently told you I was playing next year. I also had trade offers from Clint and several others. While I didn't accept/decline them on the CBS site, I did contact the owners and let them know I would consider their offers. By definition that's being ACTIVE. So, you kicked me out of a league that I was active in because I e-mailed you directly on a separate issue rather than the specific e-mail asking for a response? WTF? Then you come on here acting like your shit don't stink, and want to talk down to me. Fuck you! What it comes down to is your an anal-retentive prick. You like being in charge, like hearing yourself talk, and you like throwing your weight around. I don't know what caused it. Sorry, Chuck. I got your email on Thursday- a week after I sent out the message. Besides, there was at least one outstanding trade offer that was 3 weeks old that I know had been proposed to you. So, it's not like you were paying close attention anyway. I feel bad that you wanted to play and got left out, and if another team gets abandoned this offseason (not likely since every other team responded within 18 hours of the email, but still possible) you'll be the first to know. But you've got to do a better job of paying attention. That was part of the deal. I responded to everyone that sent me a trade request. I didn't always respond on the CBS site, but I sent e-mails. I also "checked in" after the season when asked who would be back. I'm all for active leagues, but it's DECEMBER. An e-mail's sent out and a deadline placed the week before Christmas......seriously?
