I do too. Too bad I don't think he will be at Texas long enough to become the next head coach. I truly have no clue to who will win the Heisman, and I won't be upset if Bradford wins it.

I come to realize that people will simply hate good teams. And Alabama is a good, soon to be great, team. And the hate on this board against Alabama will make me smile. lol. there are probably like two people on this board who hate alabama. i really don't care much about them; i just like goofing on them at your expense. i'm not exaggerating when i say that you're the biggest homer of anybody on this board, for any team in pro or college sports. I'll go on record as saying I'm one of the people who hates Alabama. I hate the team. I hate the university. I hate the whole state (and several of it's neighbors). Alabama is pretty much insignificant to me. I think their history of cheating is pretty funny though. For an undefeated SEC team at this point in the season, they have played one of the easiest schedules the SEC has seen in many years. I would love to see them beat Florida simply because should Texas make it I would much rather face them than the Gators. However Florida is going to run all over them.

this. no more special showcase day for your team until you stop sucking. tradition be damned....this isn't entertaining or useful at all. I would like to go back to the Cowboys and Redskins on Thanksgiving. I'm already glad the UT-A&M got moved back one day. that game will be an even bigger joke than the two nfl games. Just the way it used to be a long time ago. Better tonight than on Friday morning like it has been for the past 20 some years.

If Leach can surround himself with good recruiters he will be ok, plus he has to sell Lubbock on top of playing at Tech which is a near impossible mission. Seriously Lubbock is the worst college city in all of Texas. Everything he has done is without great recruiting classes which also says something. Look at a school like Texas A&M that still pulls in top 20 classes, but the end result is horrible. He is also getting 4th pickings behind UT, OU, and LSU. People know Mike Leach now, and I think we will start to see better classes. I think he would do much better at Tennessee.

The ESPN Bottom line about an hour had Piniella quoted as the Cubs no longer interested in trading for Peavy, as the rotation is fine.

If Coffman doesn't get the Mackey I'll lose my mind. This is a really good TE group this year. I would say Crabtree has the best chance of those 9, but if any of them won it I don't think there would be much of a complaint.

Brey always leaves the starters in longer than I would. I'm not sure if it's extra caution or what, but I guess it's better than taking them out too quickly. Tomorrow's game with Texas will be huge and a great measuring stick for the Irish. Should be a good game. I am curious to how the Texas D will do against a real good big man. They can get better on offense, but the Texas defense will help them win a lot of games this season.

Congrats to the Crew and Hejduk. Despite how much you annoy me on the National Team you had a great goal and probably deserved to finally win an MLS Championship.

I have now decided that I will be cheering for Oklahoma State this weekend as Texas Tech will not have the ability to jump in front of Texas even though that would put them in the Big XII Championship Game and Texas could then play for the NC vs. Florida/Alabama.

Of the 14 teams ahead of them, which teams do they deserve to be ahead of and which ones do they actually have a legit chance to beat. Personally they won't beat any team that is currently ahead of them.

Yep, right now on pace to be the #3 team after Conference Championships. There are still several scenarios to get them into the title game luckily, and its possible. Just need one upset.

Anyways at hopefully Bradford will decide to go to the NFL now :twisted: . This I don't understand...why? If OU loses, then it's a tie between Texas and Tech for the South, Tech wins the tiebreaker head-to-head.. Yes, though I guess its possible that even if Tech went to the Big 12 Championship and won Texas could still somehow be ahead of them and #2 in the BCS after the title game. I think it's more likely they get to #2 by Tech losing the B12 Championship. Or OU losing in the Big 12 Championship. There is a good possibility that I will be a Mizzou fan in a couple of weeks ;-).
