  1. Maria Kanelis who now works for WWF. She won some contest and now works for them. I know her and talk to her a few times a year. She is from Ottawa, IL where I live and she is smoking. She won that contest and the WWE kept her around. Do you mind giving me her number? :D  I know she is dating C.M. Punk from ECW.
  2. I would take gamble on Meche. Still a young guy with alot of potential.
  3. I think the Rockies are going to want more than just Crisp.
  4. Another good move by Hendry! Locked up the best backup catcher in the league.
  5. Chris Young isn't going anywhere.
  6. None of them. They will all make the team next year. Cedeno figures to be the odd man out next year.
  7. Jake Westbrook would be a really good Wrigley Field pitcher. He would keep alot of balls in the park with his sinker.
  8. Cubs NEED to add SP. You cannot go into next season with three question marks in the rotation. Possibly even four counting Hill.
  9. Not bad but you would absolutely need to get a solid 4th outfielder. Ryan Church, maybe? Jay Payton?
  10. I have no problem with that whatsoever. Agreed.
  11. I dont know why there is so much love for Dave Roberts. To me he is the same kind of player that Juan Pierre is. I dont see Hendry offering him anymore than a 1 year deal deal with an option for the second.
  12. Vernon Wells is going to have a break out year in 07. I would rather take a risk on a guy like Wells than I would with an injury bug in Drew.
  13. I was just thinking about that. I doubt they would risk it early on, but if we're contending towards the end of the year and one of our starters goes down, having Wood on the team could be huge. I was also thinking about how much talent we're going to have with our pitchers. I dont know how much quality we'll get, but we have pitchers that have put up these types of numbers: Prior: 18-6 2.43 Zambrano: 16-8 2.75 Wood: 14-11 3.20 Miller: 15-4 3.28 and think if we add Zito: 23-5 2.75 I'm going to pretend that they'll all put up those numbers next year, nobody tell me otherwise. Prior is going to be the biggest key to any World Series hope next year.
  14. He pretty much said he wants Soriano. He also expects Hendry to add some SP.
  15. Quoting myself since too many posts past to edit... Since Wood is back and likely in the pen, what about a Jones+Dempster for Hudson deal? Atlanta gets rid of any '09 obligation, as well as at least 10 million total salary, plus a serviceable OF and a bullpen project like they've taken on before(Sosa, Reitsma, etc). A Zambrano, Schmidt, Hudson, Hill, Prior/Miller/youngster rotation would be fun. Even though Hudson is probably going to have a hip problem in the near future, I still think he has value as a starter.
  16. Schmidt(Yes, I finally like the idea) Lugo Drew Payton Graffanino
