    Actually our Sept/Oct schedule looks quite a bit easier than St. Louis Our Sept/Oct Games vs. teams remotely in hunt 1 vs. White Sox 7 vs. Brewers (4 Home) 3 @ Cardinals 4 @ Giants 2 vs. Astros Cards Sept/OCt 9 vs. Brewers (6 Home) 3 vs. Cubs 3 vs. Braves 3 vs. Marlins 3 @ Rockies 3 @ Astros Part of that is also a 9 game road trip @Hou, Col, And Cin the last 2 weeks of the season before they finish with the Brewers for 3 at home.....The Cubs tough stretch is in the middle of the month with a 10 game trip @Stl, Mil, and SF but finish the season after that with 6 at home against Pit and AZ If we can somehow salvage the rest of this month and get to within 2 or 3 out heading into September I like our chances

    Hate to tell you, but he didn't suck last year. No, he did not suck last year.....but this year....him and Geo are fighting to be the most worthless player on the team....and that includes Miles

    the fact that he has a $10M contract and we can't trade him without his approval is more embarrassing. To trade him, someone has to want him first....

    If we don't have anyone better than Samardzija in our minor leagues then we have the worst system in baseball...He only has 1 pitch for f*ck sake.... This is embarassing

    Soriano Sucks Soto Sucks Marmol sucks Miles is worthless as usual but we don't need to beat that horse again Just bench Soriano and Soto and send Marmol to the minors and send a real message....surely aren't winning with em, lets try it without em

    This is a completely different team at home...so sweep these mutts and hope the Reds can at least take 1 from the cards

    Any hope they send Samardzija down for Geo and just go with 11 pitchers? Otherwise it about has to be Hoff because of the huge outfield to roam at Coors and we will probably need Fuld at some point out there....I really don't see why we need 7 relievers but we'll probably do with 7....After already sending down stevens instead of Samardzija, sending down Fox over Hoff wouldnt surprise me

    They need to teach him how to catch well enough to be the backup, then he could backup C, 1B, 3B, LF, and RF and he would be in the lineup 3-5 times a week and everyday if an injury happens

    pretty true, no one would want him I do....he's better than Fontenot....which isn't sayin much He's not even close to being better than Fontenot. It's impossible to be much worse, so how are you so certain Miles is worse? a couple bad months?

    He looks terrible right now. Maybe some consistent time in the minors would benefit him to get his swing back together by September... not that we have any better options to call up. he's just miserable at pitch recognition and he has no patience. he's frustrating because he literally is all or nothing. and he has a slider speed bat....

    Please sent Fontenot to the minors...the guy thinks he's a power hitter and sucks and can't get a bunt down on a fastball down the middle....hell release him for all I care, he's as close to worthless as they come MILES WOULD HAVE GOT THAT DOWN!

    If I'm not mistaken, he only did the gambling when he was managing and not while he was playing....so put him in the Hall as a player and ban him as a manager

    Thanks Jim Hendry for having a $140 mill payroll that still has Shark on the major league roster. wasn't Stevens the only one left in the pen at that time. He and Gregg were still in pen and both are better than Shark...Shark is not a major leaguer yet, he falls behind every hitter and doesnt have a put away pitch (uh hum....Heilman) But doesn't matter when ya can't score...

    how about trying Soriano at 2nd for a while and put fox in Left....keeps both bats in the lineup and if Sori can just be ok defensively it would make our lineup great when Aramis gets back
