Well, his personal computer at home had searches for "how to destroy a hard drive", "how to fry a hard drive", "hard drive under water" and "hard drive water damage". They found his laptop in the Susquehanna river missing its hard drive, and when they found his hard drive, it was unrecoverable. This was a guy who didn't want to be found. I know people in the SCPD that believe he is living in another country and others that believe he is in some type of Witness Security Program (he took down a 60 mil drug ring and was receiving many threats). Anyway, just my opinion. He was a very weird man.
