    I just don't see the Cubs spending too much next year. The need to fix up Wrigley has to be addressed and based on the political mess with Ricketts/Rahm-father earlier this week - the Cubs may look to do this rehab on their own.

    Volstad is god awful. Soto sucks. Wells has his head up his tukas. We might as well be a AAA team. And its only mid-May. Awesome.

    For the bleachers, I wouldn't think availability would much of an issue. Correct, b/c its GA - once you're in...you're in.

    We were supposed to be there at 8am today - and ultimately decided not to do it. Between 4 guys - 20 games is still tough to commit to. Having young kids and living in the burbs is not good. It wouldve been perfect when we got on the list in 2006.

    I hope he signs a 3 year deal at $8m per...then gets hurt in ST.

    He probably won't stay at shortstop, and will most likely shift over to third base. I think his ceiling is similar to Jose Hernandez. He's a big dude (6'3"), and looks like he will be starting out at AA. I just didn't know how well the AFL translated to AAA or AA. I just caught up on the Down on the Farm post...nevermind.
