    I like to hear the calls. If you extend it any, try to have just an instrumental track, and keep the calls audable over the music.

    There's a problem. Hendry really likes Pierre and Jones. Even if Dusty isn't here next year, I HONESTLY beleive the only position he will change in the OF is Murton's position. Not that it's right.

    Beleive ya. I was just thinking tonite on the way home that I hope Greg pitches like an 8 inning shutout (because alot of fans on the dodgers board) to prove them wrong.

    Pedro-when you look at the past results of the two players, how can you believe that Cedeno will have a better year? Really-Cedeno would have to improve 59 points in OPS just to make it up to Izturis's year so far this year. If you take out the 3 months that Izturis played with the injury last year, he has improved every single year of his career-every single year until this year in which he is coming back from the injury. I am not basing it off of grit or hustle or anything else, but simply the stats-which show that Izturis has gotten better every year he's been healthy. If you think the reason is that he is not going to be healthy next year, then say so. Otherwise, I don't know how a detailed look at the stats doesn't reveal that he will probably continue to improve (although at a slower rate-it's much easier to progress at a fast rate when you're going from terrible to bad). So why do people think he is suddenly going to start to regress again? A simple no response would be better. Hey I agree with ya Colt. He had a decent year in 2004. And wasn't it the first 2 months of 2005 where he had the .350 OBP before he got injured? Correct me if I'm wrong here.

    Prior is guranteed to start the season on the DL. This I can agree with. .

    I hope he keeps it up. Having him with Howry and Eyre and the bullpen will be even better next year. He was lights out all year at Iowa as well. It was quite ridiculous that Wuertz was in the minors, while Novoa and Aardsma were getting spots in Chicago, not to mention Rusch. Aardsma not so much. But I can agree with Novoa, and certainly rusch.

    What a guy hitting .292 with 28 HR and 82 RBI with a OBP .352 isn't good enough? Huh? Carlos Lee is 96th of qualified players in OBP. He's not a bad player, but on a team that's going to need an OBP stud to overcome low OBP guys in Izturis, Jones, and possibly Cedeno, it's not enough. Well I don't know. Barret has a really high OBP, Derrek has (when healthy) a pretty good OBP, so does Ramirez. I agree we need more OBP but I still think if you add Carlos Lee to the mix we can CERTAINLY compete with the NL Central. It's not like we need to chase the yankees or red sox.

    A little extreme. Izturis has some positives about him. He takes more pitches per plate appearance His last full season before injury had an OBP of .330 ( Is a better defender than neifi And is young and can improve. Saying he is a young neifi is nothing but blind hatred.

    Wait... what happened? Aramis with a low throw to Neifi. Neifi catches ball bent over and parades around the infield on all fours. And then has a big smile just like how he does after Dus. . oop. Nevermind.

I hope he keeps it up. So do all 80% of us. more like 80.3% now lol I'd respond but the quote history is getting kinda long. :lol:
