    So take 5 seconds and look up his numbers. i have looked them up before seems streaky good year then soso then bad then good. He was a 1.8 WAR player his rookie season, then 2.8, 3.1, -0.1 and then 2.7. He's a productive, very affordable player going through a rough patch. Sending him down would be stupid and trading him now would be selling low. Just move him down in the lineup and work him through it. If they want to move Baez up just kick Coghlan out of the lineup.

    It's not THAT extreme an outlier: 4.7, 1.9, 6.5, 3.4 and 5.2 are his fWAR. 6.4, 2.5, 5.8, 3.7 and 6.2 are his rWAR. He's likely not toast.
