I'll enjoy tinyface's adventures from the leadoff spot a lot more when it's finally him, Bryant and Harper hitting 1-2-3; until then, it just reminds me how much of a MacGyver-ed together mess this team is right now run by a guy that even Bukowski would think is tying one on a little too hard (it's fun that this could apply to more than one person).

This is the 10th consecutive game the Cubs have batted a non-pitcher 9th. Yes, and for most of July they weren't doing that, hence, again, "more often than not." And, regardless, who gives a horsefeathers that they've gone back to batting the pitcher 8th when the 9th hitter has mostly been Seal Boy or Russell?
