Awful. They were I think 5-25 last month. But maybe they scored a ton of runs but their pitching was really bad. Their offense is in the bottom 2 of almost every team stat except for dongs, where they manage a might #4. So clearly the type of team that a team that totally really isn't definitely for sure not the fraud team in the division should be struggling to handle. -
I'd be down for signing Mike Carp out of retirement to see if he can out pitch Lester.

Because they ain't coming back in this one with this absurd lineup, and there's no need to punish the bullpen for his turdiness. Let him get closer to finally wearing an ERA that doesn't hide his suckiness.

Ultimately he's only about a year ahead of schedule in terms of what I was expecting out of a pitcher of his age singing that contract, but still, it's annoying as horsefeathers, especially since he dressed it up so all of the meatballs could act like he was kicking ass this year. He’s had moments/stretches like this, but maybe with the age he just sucks now but I bet he figures it out to at least be a 3.75-4.25 era guy for a good final stretch here Why?
