Murton and Barrett are so due to not suck...now would be a perfect time!
  2. Sammy Sofa
I want Dempster to win it with a HR so Lee's foundation gets a cool million.
  3. Sammy Sofa
    I heart you, Dempster.
  4. Sammy Sofa
Heh, looks like Theriot just bolted off the field after that steal.
  5. Sammy Sofa
Oh, thank you, blessed wind god. I will sacrifice TWO suckling pigs to you tonight.
  6. Sammy Sofa
    Neifi would have had that.
  7. Sammy Sofa
Way to jinx us!! Oh my God, throw him out. Of the planet.
  8. Sammy Sofa
BASES LOADED AND ONE OUT!!! You stupid mutts. Great, now Carlos Mencia shows up to make it worse.
  9. Sammy Sofa
    Jacque. You can do this.
  10. Sammy Sofa
Walk, single, deep enough fly...you've got options, Rammy!
  11. Sammy Sofa
Don't get my hopes up like that, Len. THERIOT. DO NOT HIT INTO A DOUBLE PLAY. STRIKE OUT IF YOU HAVE TO.
  12. Sammy Sofa
    KEEP TAKING.
  13. Sammy Sofa
My God, Ward is a walking machine.
  14. Sammy Sofa
Alright Ward, you've had a LOT of chances to watch Cordero pitch. Do something with that.
  15. Sammy Sofa
Leadoff triple that gets stranded. 2 outs, Soriano hits a sure triple, gets sent motoring for home for an ITP home run, gets thrown out at the plate.
  16. Sammy Sofa
Murton will get out with one pitch.
  17. Sammy Sofa
Well, since it was always a one run game, we were doomed.
  18. Sammy Sofa
Doesn't Lou have a reputation for really grinding his bullpen? I don't like it.
  19. Sammy Sofa
    Eye-bee-ell.
  20. Sammy Sofa
Yeah, he was looking pretty average. .292/.333/.431 Fixed. I don't want him to be a regular OFer, but his bat has shown it can come in very handy, so let's not act like he was useless for the team.

I don't care if they win today by 20...this lineup is an abomination.
  22. Sammy Sofa
What the hell? That doesn't make any sense. I kind of understand the idea of fitting Izturius to theoretically give Guzman some better defense to back him up, but DeRosa in RF instead of Murton or Jacque or Floyd deprives him of some decent offensive support. I hope this isn't actually the lineup.
  23. Sammy Sofa
But when you were awful, you gotta get to mediocre before you can get to good or beyond.
  24. Sammy Sofa
OK, I know I'm just being Johnny Spellcheck, buuuuuuut....OUCH.
  25. Sammy Sofa
I don't think I've ever posted in or even read something in the Rivals forum. I keep forgetting it's there. Same here. When you get right down to it, every other baseball team is a rival.
