    You and me both. Every big game for Romo will pretty much mean a victory for my fantasy team that week. I had Romo on my fantasy bench last week and he scored 35 points - somehow I still won. Who did you start instead of Romo? JP Losman. :x I didn't really think about it - in fact, I forgot Romo was on my team until an hour ago when I looked and saw that number.

    Are you kidding? Lou is like their 4th guy. Corso, Herbstreit and May all outrank him, in years at the network and in talk time. I'm not disputing that Lou sounds like a moron, but he's not the lead guy. Not even close.

    That must be really rough for you. Trust me, I'd trade it in if it'd mean people like the ones on this message board and on "JCSPN.com" would shut the hell up about us for a while.

    I think Joe Buck really does hate the Cubs, or at least dislike them... he's a Cardinal announcer, it's not too hard to see the connection. Meanwhile, where is the Jimmy-Claussen-is-God coverage the other day does one get the idea that ESPN hates ND? Oh brother, it's the media. They pump up Jimmy because he got hype. As soon as he shows signs of not being good (which he hasn't really yet), they'll rip him down like they do everyone they put up on a pedestal. And Pat Forde JUST WROTE an article blasting Weis for winning with Willingham's players and being unable to win with his own, ignoring A) that Ty couldn't win with his own players (ever notice how NO ONE points out that Ty's only decent season as coach came with Bob Davie's players?) and B) that very few of Weis's players had any experience at all coming into the season and were immediately charged with beating two (current) Top 20 teams, one on the road in front of 110,000. So there's that.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't every single commentator on that network debate the worthiness of ND getting a BCS bid the last TWO years in a row, ignoring the fact that they got an AUTOMATIC BID in 2005 and that the only other option in 2006 was West Virginia, who got smoked by South Freaking Florida? I don't know if that's bias or not, but it sure as hell was stupid journalism.

    Can't tell you how funny it is that the media outlet that despises Notre Dame the most is being called out for talking about them too much. NARF ESPN despises Notre Dame? That's funny, because I could've sworn that they spent more time talking about ND during Saturday's game than they did about spent talking about their opponent, which happened to be much better, and also relevant in a major conference race, if not the national championship picture. But in any case, those who watched Saturday's game and have a sense of humor should find the link above to be funny. They talked about us because that's what they think people want to hear. Apart from Jimmy, you'll notice not much of it was complimentary (nor should it have been). I put up with ND getting a ton of attention because it means I get to see most all their games on TV, but that doesn't mean I like it.
