  1. Complete game shutout by one of their competitive balance draft picks in game 7
  2. How can God continue to propel the Cardinals to victory when their fan base is embarrassing themselves like this? You're thinking of the other guy. #CardinalsDevilMagic
  3. We are more than far enough removed. Now if other conferences implode I would agree, but if you have two loses in your conference in normal circumstances you should not be a part of a 4 team playoff. You could have a 1 loss FSU whose best win is against a 3 loss GA Tech team, a 2 loss PAC-12 Champ, and whoever emerges from a crappy Big Ten as their competition. And that doesn't even really require upsets. That was my original thought, although I suspect Clemson will end up looking like a better win than Ga Tech. A 2-loss P12 champion looks pretty darn likely at this point. Stanford already has 2, and Oregon or UCLA will have 2 after this week.
  4. Its always been interesting to me to see what gets more value. Do u knock a team for losing head to head to a good team OR give them credit for losing to a better team than the team that beat them lost to? I mean a convincing head to head victory ought to do it. Not sure why MSU is ranked ahead of TCU. TCU will have its chance to jump MSU by winning this week. Prior to Oklahoma they had played a terrible early schedule.
  5. honestly though i keep wanting to try a bison dog and i can never find the right [expletive] concession stand for them and i'm not about to start walking from stand to stand to find the right one I thought they were only by the bleachers. that's stupid. stupid cubs. The only time I got one, it was on the terrace level I think. Was during a rain delay before a Mets game, so even though we had bleacher seats we wandered through most of the park.
  6. Wouldn't say they looked all that great in the second half. Watched the whole game and they weren't moving the ball, Benjamin looked like the rookie he is and Cam seemed a bit off. They were gifted the win by Cutler late. If Chicago takes care of the ball and I think the game has a different outcome. Well, no duh.
  7. Carolina looked like the worst team in the league in the first half and one of the best in the 2nd (with some help from Jay Cutler admittedly). I should really give up trying to figure them out.
  8. Seriously. That's the 2nd time he's done that too
  9. Jerry Richardson said when Charlotte was awarded a franchise that he wanted to thank the NFL for giving him a team, so he opted to put their logo at midfield instead of the team's.
  10. Carolina is so schizo, even from drive to drive. Darrin Reaves looks pretty good at RB, so I expect he will be injured within the next quarter.
  11. I'm going to the ND game, and it bums me out that I'm going to miss Auburn/MissSt. That should be tremendous.

  13. Panthers are the worst team in the NFC.
  14. This is no secret but Newton kind of sucks. That too.
  15. If you saw us trip over ourselves against Baltimore (not a great defense) last week, you know the answer to that question. But the Bears D is ok and for sure not as bad as they looked last week
  16. Catch a [expletive] football Panthers
  17. That'll stand. Dammit Benjamin.
  18. Maybe if Carolina just started the backups, THEY'D all get injured and the starters could actually play a game.
  19. I wouldn't put Baylor in there. They haven't beaten anyone good yet. Auburn, FSU, Ole Miss would be my top 3, with any of Miss. State, ND or UCLA (if they win) 4th. TCU (would be in now but had a weak schedule until today) and MSU are right there as well. Arizona too.
  20. How do you figure? If anything I thought this weekend helped the chances of there being 2 SEC teams. In any case it's way too early to say. I don't get that one either. 2 SEC West teams are almost a given at the moment unless they somehow all beat each other twice or something else weird happens.
  21. I would put them #1.
  22. That was a complete misinterpretation of the "process" rule. Then again, screw Michigan
  23. Probably some of both. LSU needed a Melvin Gordon injury to beat Wisconsin, and Wisconsin isn't that good. LSU is probably the worst team in the West, although still a top 25 team.
  24. Last time 4 of top 6 went down in one week was November 1990.
