    All things considered, "boy we really suck tonight" type snark in response to the offense we have seen in this game seems pretty harmless to me. There have been far worse game threads.

    The game thread isn't going to be a paragon of great posting when an ostensibly in contention Cubs team doesn't score any runs. The people who come in here to congratulate themselves for not posting reactionary [expletive] are pretty annoying in their own right. If you hate these posts so much, start banning.
