  2. Not over .500 overall at those previous 2 jobs but both times he took over garbage situations and quickly made them better. He may yet flame out at FSU, and they certainly were bad tonight, but this team was an Independence Bowl team last year. Wasn't the main reason because the QB blew out his knee in week 1? I don't think they've have a signing class outside the top 10 in the past 4 years with two being top 5 classes. Talent shouldn't be an issue. Well, that QB was the same one that piloted them to all of 3 points last night, so maybe his injury wasn't as big a factor as we've been led to believe.

  4. Bryant needed to go home there. Maybe the dumbest loss of the year
  5. Cishek might be out of the circle of trust by playoff time through no real fault of his own. The overuse thing is scary right now
  6. Cant remember but did Schwarber get PH for after his throw homeHe got PH for when Hader was in.
  7. Really wish Schwarber had been able to take that AB, but I guess we really needed to let Almora ground out weakly twice in a row
  8. Please, please, PLEASE, I'm begging you......turn off your Tapatalk signature Why and how.. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk It's in settings somewhere and takes 2 seconds. I used to use that app
  9. Oh look Cishek got an easy ground ball who could've guessed that might happen
  10. There was no reason to keep rolling with Edwards after the Braun walk
  11. First lefty to take Hader yard all year
  12. IIRC Happ is among the fastest guys on the team.
  13. If we're going to lose to Zach flipping Davies, at least we're making them burn Hader likely for the rest of the series and certainly for tomorrow
  14. Don't lollygag for one second with Javy running, Philly. Lesson learned
  15. I legitimately can't believe Murphy hit that pitch that hard.
  16. It's entirely possible ND's defense is just freaking great, but Michigan just didn't look like they've changed much of anything from last year offensively except going shotgun a little more often. Kind of a weird game overall. Michigan fans seeing why Patterson actually transferred and it wasn't because he wanted to play in a bowl this year. He was going to be the 2nd string QB at Ole Miss. He's not that good. I was more than a little relieved when Patterson, fresh off the IV, came back in for Dylan McCaffrey, who was fresh and actually looked pretty decent in his cameo appearance.
  17. I guess not... It's entirely possible ND's defense is just freaking great, but Michigan just didn't look like they've changed much of anything from last year offensively except going shotgun a little more often. Kind of a weird game overall.
  18. I do not have a particularly good feeling about Saturday, or really the whole season. Whenever there are actual expectations, that's usually when bad things start happening.
  19. I was just thinking it must be different knowing you have at least 9 more innings to play today.
  20. 2nd time DeGrom has kicked our ass but we still won. That's pretty impressive.
  21. MLB.TV (phone app) has been spectacularly terrible last night and today.
  22. Conforto is going to have nightmares about this game for weeks.
