  1. Do you really think that I would leave THAT easily?
  2. I'm a huge Bears fan and I would support the move to a new board. I think that the discussion would be much more in depth then just a single thread on NSBB. NSBB is primarily all about the Cubs anyways.
  3. It sucks having a positive view of this team slowly turn negative. Between the first round pick of this year, the injury concerns regarding our first round pick of last year (Carimi) and now dealing with a huge blow to the defense. Our two lines have the chance of being absolutely brutal this year.
  4. I'm thinking they should have just drafted DeCastro in the first round. He was the BPA and pretty much a lock at Guard. We could have looked at pass rush in other rounds. Even if the Bears wanted a DE in the first, they could have gotten a G in the 2nd.
  5. Zaidman is always the positive one. Arkush is always the negative one.
  6. I think Tice has proven in his time with the Bears that he's able to patch the crappy pieces he's been given into a somewhat serviceable O-line. It started off rocky, but over the course of the year, it approached average. Gotta be honest, if they can manage close to average this season, I'd be giddy. And right now, I'm still trusting Tice. He hasn't done anything that would make me doubt him......yet. I don't understand why he's [expletive] on Webb though. Besides the obvious that he's trying to motivate him. I dont think he has soured on Webb just yet...
  7. I had a feeling they would move izzy back to DT.
  8. The NBA crossed the line into mockery quite some time ago. When the league Vince McMahon'd the kings, that was it's low point. Excellent WWF reference.
  9. [expletive] the Lakers and [expletive] the NBA. I can't believe the Lakers trade garbage, yes garbage to basically swap out a lessor player for a better player. Year after year they rape teams in trades and everyone helps them do so. If they win the title it would be a huge mockery of the NBA.
  10. How's the Dline look?
  11. A little pbp and updates would be sweet
  12. He's hurt already?
  13. Good. Let the backups get reps.
  14. I doubt that they'll be able to find a LT of the future if they're picking in the 17-21 slots again assuming they wont win a SB or suffer devastating injuries out the gate. They could use free agency to address both of those positions. Seemingly they will need a LT, G, CB, LB and more pass rush.
  15. The bears are going to have to heavily address their defense next off season. I'd gladly use our first two picks on defense.
  16. I for one am glad TO is back. Not only is he fun to watch, but the NFL is a more lively place with him in it. I think too that he'll be a model citizen at this point in his career.
  17. Man our Dline is gonna get us in trouble this year. For years, Peppers has been getting tag teamed without much help.
  18. i imagine they're thinking of putting him at LT and sticking C Williams back at LG. but then again, they really like louis and spencer, and some people think rachal is the truth. so i don't know. There are far too many moving parts and position changes on the line. They gotta just plug and play.
  19. I haven't heard much about Chris conte. I'm expecting a big season from him
  20. Paea should have a good season. i am as optimistic about paea going into this season as i was pessimistic about him at the same time last year. he showed my some things, and as long as all he has to do is be stronger than guys blocking him, he'll do well. Need one of Paea, Price and Melton to really have a big season. Our entire Dline as it stands hinges on Peppers which makes me extremely worried.
  21. Anthony Adams makes a video.
  22. "On-base percentage is great if you can score runs and do something with that on-base percentage," Baker said.
  23. I'm sorry but our Dline looks to be a disaster this season, with the exception of Peppers it's a bag of questions. Melton isn't as good as his stats were last season and Shea won't contribute enough this year for this line to be any good.
  24. OMG I THINK I GOT ALL THE POISON OUT!!!! NO BLUE BALLS!!!!
