  1. When we lose, this game is on Nagy. Wasted a roster spot, had a questionable game plan and lack of Howard power runs. Offense sucked ass
  2. I’m seriously wondering why we can’t complete any passes to receivers in stride. All these routes seem to come back to the ball or they’re lateral.
  3. Getting mike brown vibes from Eddie Jackson
  4. Why? If he kicks an XP, the Lions kick an XP afterwards and it’s still the same difference in scores You’re right wasn’t thinking about the lions XP
  5. The difference in this game will be that 2 point conversion Nagy prematurely went for.
  6. Lol@ that last series. One dimensional offense with a backup QB
  7. This game is a joke. You have to attempt to run the ball more off a short week.
  8. The part about this I like is that it makes Mitch's completion % look better.
  9. To make the death march worse, we get a break only to have it taken back.
  10. This team horsefeathers the bed. Goodbye forever 2018 Cobs
  11. Sounds like nobody was really willing to offer a top pick for cost controlled 27 year old Jimmy Butler. Weird. Boston should have traded for him because it looks like they have a bunch of picks but will fall to Lebron yet again. Last night was a disaster. The only silver lining is that it not only ushered in a rebuild, but I'm assuming GarPax's leash just got tighter and somewhat shorter. The fans now have 0 reason to show up and maybe a few years of that will end the clown show.
  12. FWIW Jordan Howard just posted a SMH gif on twitter.
  13. i'm still willing to take the top 5 bet. name the amount. Your confidence is throwing me off. How many wins are you giving them? You understand they don't have any WR's or CB's right? Well they do, but...... Also, I think this now green lights the chance that Pace drafts Mike Williams at 3. Ugh.
  14. Brandon Marshall coming to the Bears was the last time I was excited about this team. That was 4 years ago? Wow. Top 5 draft pick next year for sure. This team looks awful. No way we're winning more then 6 games.
  15. Lol Bears Demps is 32.....
  16. Can I bet you on that? I'll say they'll pick outside the top 5. What's the line? 6 wins? I'm confident due to the random thoughts below that could realistically happen: -Glennon comes in and looks terrible and/or suffers injury (pocket passer/not very mobile) thus forcing whatever backup who likely won't be ready into game action. Do you trust Dowell to get a rookie ready? If that happens, Fox will also be ultra conservative thus contributing to more Ls. -Offensive line taking a step back. The Tackles are iffy and Kyle Long is coming off of a 30 pound weight loss with a seemingly slow recovering ankle. He also didn't get surgery on his shoulder which could spell problems at that position with your best O-lineman. -Average to below average WRs. Losing Alshon causes a major hole at WR. First year wideouts don't typically perform at a high level. Who will replace him? -No TE option currently. Expecting average to below average production at that position this year. -Checkdowns to Jeremy Langford? -Dowell is an average to below average playcaller I'm more optimistic on defense and I think the first round pick will be spent there. We could finish with a top 10-15 defense thanks to Fangio and giving him more talent to work with.
  17. Make no mistake about it. Whatever the scenario, this team will be trash next year. A top 5 pick again next year is in the cards.
  18. The more I think about it, I can see the Bears drafting Jonathan Allen because he helps them 'win now' with John Fox. I think Ryan Pace has the correct long-term outlook but John Fox might force him to spend a pick on somebody he wouldn't normally take.
  19. So at this point in Bulls fandom, it is basically fun bad time. Now we wait for Reinsdorf to someday wake up from one of his many daily naps and decide to fire the front office.
  20. Do you guys like Adams more than Hooker? I honestly can't decide between he two, they both are seriously amazing. Between Allen and these two, I'm definitely becoming anti-1st round QB. I think the difference aside from their Safety position is Adams has the game tape and proven play in college whereas Hooker has the measureables but not quite the same kind of tape as Adams. Also Jonathan Allen had a couple of shoulder surgeries if I'm not mistaken. Yeah I don't want ANY injury risk with this #3 pick.
  21. I originally wanted Jonathan Allen at 3, but I don't see how they can pass up a fixture stud safety like Jamal Adams. This defense needs impact playmakers in the secondary.
  22. We freaking did it. Omg down to the final out [expletive] my pants. This is the best. Thank you everybody for putting up with my horsefeathers. I love the Cubs
