    Vinny is too stupid to draw up an out of bounds play that can get the ball into the hands of a primary ballhandler. Salmons is not a creator off the dribble at all...Wade owned him twice in the overtimes when he tried to attack. Really lame finish to a great game.

    Facebook comment gets Eagles employee fired: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3965039 I think that's a bit of an over reaction...firing a stadium operations guy, in this economy, over a harmless comment on Facebook?

    CBS in San Diego is cutting out the first half of the Duke/UNC game for some stupid telethon. Why is CBS doing an ACC game anyway? I thought ACC was strictly Fox and ESPN/ABC.

    Is the Skydome supposed to be a launching pad? Votto pulverized his homer but it seemed like Youkilis and McCann's homers carried really well. And Thornton is throwing smoke.

    It's pure agony watching this team bricking mid range jumpshots and yet those are the only things we can generate with any sort of consistency in half court sets.

    I thought it was fairly obvious Jenkins was a better football player during their careers. Davis is a better athlete. Jenkins has a lot better technique and more polish. I'd agree Davis has a higher ceiling though.

    Alderson talks a good game about running the Moneyball philosophy (in fact, I've never heard a baseball operations guy be so publicly forthcoming about his philosophy) but he, Depodesta, and Towers have done a pretty wretched job of getting the players to execute it for the Padres.

    The Bulls need to get to the pick and roll based offense earlier in games with Rose. That BS motion offense that we predominantly run is just a waste of his talents. Let him create and attack Vinny! And if they could play with 50% of the defensive intensity they showed in the last 6 minutes they'd be just fine.

    I don't think Deng played at all in the 2nd half. Salmons started the 3rd quarter.

    I cannot believe that happened. Hahahahah. Artest was murdering us all night. Thank god he didn't make one of those last threes or there would be axe in my TV.

    Can't defend, can't score inside, and can't shoot 3s. The offensive philosophy (which is completely ill suited for Rose) is designed to generate mid range shot jumpers but they suck at making those too. How about 1 aggressive screen at the top of the circle with Rose? JUST ONCE. Get Vinny outta town.

    I already like Salmons a lot more than Deng. His activity level is just a lot higher.
