    Unless he really feels Jake Fox is the answer in right field, I expect him to try to get someone to play there. A starter wouldn't be shocking either, though it would almost certainly not replace the worst guy in the rotation. MLBTRADERUMORS suggests that Fox was brought up to showcase him.

    Gagne would have helped today how exactly? That was just an attempt at sarcasim for the folks that don't want Gagne, it was not the main focus of my post. I guess I assumed people would get it.

    Could have really used Gagne tonight. I would push to have him. Can you guys remember a while back ago when we played the Astros? It was basically a 6 inning game. Lidge, Dotel, Wagnor. Getting Gagne would really set up the back half of the pen. In whatever order you choose: Marmol, Dempster, Gagne. Add a healthy Wood " cough" Howry, LOOGY Ohman, and Wuertz. Thats a strong pen. It would also ease the workload of the starters IMO. Just my thoughts. :wink:
