at 5'7 168 it's a pipe dream to expect a CJ-type impact from him- i was thinking a role player more along the lines of Sproles and OGs aren't really drafted in the first round very often, i'm struggling to think of many with how terrible Albert's been, i'd figure there'd be some pause in doing that edit: n/m jax beat me to the comp

Unless Noel Devine declares, he is too fast for the Raiders to pass up. Could the Raiders go McCluster in the first round? McCluster's my hope for the Lions in the 3rd (after Suh, Iupati first two)

Neither of whom are really anything special either. i guess you can say the book's still out on Charles, but Rice does everything great. he's not only a terrific runner, but the best receiving RB in the game and great in protection. he's elite.

Claude Giroux a -6 today, not sure if i've ever seen that
  5. sneakypower
damn, i was hoping Charles would stay obscure enough to be a great fantasy bargain next year

ho-hum, a 52-yd run for Jamaal Charles. yet KC stuck with a ineffective Larry Johnson for over half the season. i don't know how guys like Haley, Mora and Mangini expect players to trust them when they clearly can't figure out who has the talent to play
  7. sneakypower
glad we secured #2 and a choice of probably Suh/Okung/Berry
  8. sneakypower
for some perspective, it's worth noting that we haven't drafted a CB within the first 2 rounds since 1998, when we drafted Terry Fair
  9. sneakypower
William James could be the worst defensive player in the entire league or Marvin White
  10. sneakypower
    love him.

they're 33-110 (.230 win %) for the decade. there's been plenty of booing over the years, but you just get your semblance of a football fix and hope the offseasons bring positive changes

QB sneak, the one thing Daunte does well
  13. sneakypower
every time the lions have a healthy gain i just assume there was a penalty involved
  14. sneakypower
    both these teams really suck.

    go Bears
  17. sneakypower
they're idiots because you don't want a FB pitcher pitching in Chase Field; he'll likely be awful for them
  18. sneakypower
just 5 HR but strike out 156 times in a season? those are some terrible contact skills and obviously Hendry would never even consider bringing in a minor leaguer from another organization to play everyday. what's the biggest gamble he's ever made on a player in the opening day lineup? Cedeno?
  19. sneakypower
and my opponent in the 2-week championship has Brees, love it gotta figure out how to spend all my money now
  20. sneakypower
go Rams and 49ers! help bring Suh to Detroit!
  21. sneakypower
Roethlisberger and Rodgers make enough plays with their feet to justify that, Flacco really doesn't
  22. sneakypower
Flacco's mobile enough, but despite that he still takes too many sacks to be a great QB
  23. sneakypower
Cincy having a tough time moving the ball against the defense that just gave up 41 pts to Cleveland last week

    Roloson, wow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YlT9wRqg8sE

i really don't know about that, there's been speculation he'll be ceding touches to LJ to lighten his workload this week. it's spooking me a bit. i've also got Beanie Wells and Ryan Grant on the bench.
