yeah, we've got a short bench, so i still think i can pick him up after his week 7 bye, provided he doesn't blow up before then (unlikely) if Ingram hadn't gone down, it'd be a really easy call

i had been getting spoiled with the McGary, GRIII type recruits and had hoped this would be our new normal, especially with the momentum of a championship game appearance maybe we'll get Thornton (or Dozier!), who knows

we were his presumptive leader for what felt like forever, then we took a D3 transfer and cooled on him; probably not wanting to get Devin Booker'd again, but still makes you shake your head at any rate, it's hard to be critical of Beilein's approach these days

For me, it's any non-football injury is potentially laugh-worthy. Seriously what a jackass. I saw it right when it happened and thought 'instant karma'. (Rotoworld) Thursday Update: It appears Rainey's monster Week 2 effort did, indeed, change minds. Despite reports Martin handled more first-team practice reps this week, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times told Ross Tucker on Sirius XM Radio Thursday morning that Rainey will start at Atlanta. "The coaches really like him," Stroud said of Rainey. For now, at least, it appears Rainey has passed Martin on the Bucs' running back depth chart. In November of last season, Rainey hung a 30-163-2 rushing line on Falcons DC Mike Nolan's defense, adding two receptions for four yards and a third score. Rainey should be viewed as a strong RB2 play in this plus matchup. Martin is downgraded to an RB3 until further notice.
