    I will say that Zimmerman tends to go deeper in games than Hendricks, which has some value unaccounted for in those numbers. However.... 13 of Zimmerman's 32 starts have been against the bottom 3 offenses in baseball. MIA/ATL/PHI and still his numbers have dipped dramatically from 2014. He has the aforementioned scary arm. He will turn 30 next May. I'd rather stay away.

    My first was summer of '88. Jamie Moyer started, I believe. All I can really remember is some crazy woman behind us shouting incessantly at Dunston, except she pronounced his name Sha-Wahn.

    Bryant's lack of power for his first month or so makes his production seem even more remarkable.

    Ive been saying all along La Stella is good. Players with walk rates like his almost never fail to become at least decent major leaguers. In the AFL a couple years back he had a comical K/BB.

    Well, this is going better than I expected.

    Yeah game 4 of the NLCS was the high point, but its just that immediate sour aftertaste I can't help but associate with it.

    I dunno, game 5 and its afterglow was like a dream.

    Overall, I just can't believe how many great rookies there have been this season. I mean Carlos Correa is 8th in rookie fWAR, and he's been incredible. Babe Ruth Schwarber is 16th!

    I desperately want Schwarber to pimp a 3-run HR that puts us up 10-2 or something. Then Baez to repeat his famous quote while rounding the bases an inning later. I want all the hate.
