    In the midst of all the infighting here, Hendry has provided us manna from above, in this DFA. No matter our differences, old school vs SABR, Pierre vs Wilkerson, Dusty love vs Dusty hate, Corey debates, Wood debates, optimism vs pessimism... ....everybody hates Macias, and now everyone is happy again.

    I think a better concern would be: Are the Brewers not real enough of a threat to the Cubs to prohibit us giving anything of value for a player that Milwaukee should consider one of their best tradable assets? But they need pitching, and we're one of the few teams that has some extra to offer. Would Williams for Hall in a straight trade be fair for both teams? Williams would make them better than Hall would make us. I'm a big Bill Hall fan, but I'd shy away from giving Milwaukee anyone useful.

Let him. I hope he enjoys Iowa and the PCL, because that's where he'll be stuck. Hendry's not dumb enough to try and remove someone off the 40 man to put Macias back on.

    I think when I was a 6th graded they showed us how to program in BASIC. :D I'm reading an online tutorial right now. It doesn't look that hard once you've mastered a basic set of commands. EDIT-nevermind! It's a lot harder than just that!

Also, what about the sticky on the Pictures thread in Social? The pictures aren't hosted here, so they don't really consume my bandwidth. I appreciate the ideas, though. :thumleft: Sure, no problem. I have a ton of time on my hands for the next 8.5 months. :D Know anything about php development? If so.... I really wish I did-I'd jump at the chance to help you out with the site. I have a friend that does, but all my education is in history. Is it difficult to pick up?

    Tim, Woudl it help the site's performance if you deleted the Team Reports forum? It was a great idea at the time, but it's been dormant for about 2 years now, and it might help the capacity issue.
