    The problem is that Miller outpitched Guzman last year and is outpitching Guzman so far in Spring Training. I think we are all a little too concerned about velocity or youth. Miller hasn't outpitched Guzman. He has, however, outlucked him. Guzman has a better WHIP, opponent's batting average, opponent's OBP, and opponent's SLG. Miller has just managed to leave runners on base which isn't going to hold up consisntently. Neither of them have been great though. Would be nice to see Prior get back on track before the end of spring training... this would be better if you included the stats..... /i'm too lazy to look them up http://sports-ak.espn.go.com/mlb/springStats?team=chc&type=pitch&year=2007

    I don't have a problem letting a young pitcher break in with a bullpen role. I don't either so long as he's getting regular work. Unlike the 2 week stretch last year that Gooz just sat there.

    Especially this Monday just past...no Prison Break or Heroes...all I had was 24, and that's not enough for me nowadays. I think it's mean to take away Heroes for 7 weeks and then give Friday Night Lights a couple of weeks off at the same time. Christ, NBC, why do you hate me?

    At this point, it's a battle between Perez and Cedeno. Of course, the Cubs could make a deal late. I'm sure you guys remember they got Freddie Bynum at the end of spring last year. You do remember, right? :D What's Freddie Bynum? Sounds serious.
