  1. Pretty terrible effort. Looked like an old decrepit guy trying to bend down and pick it up.
  2. It's likely he was the poster that got banned yesterday. I'd bet that has a lot to do with it.
  3. Wasn't a strike and hasn't been getting called all night, so shut it.
  4. Better. Maybe he wasn't fully loose in that first inning since he's a starter and didn't go through his regular routine.
  5. Rain out would be fine by me. They have to be back at Wrigley again this year don't they?
  6. hey im on board the #pixiedust train as much as anyone but lets be fair, we're throwing out own type of POS out there right now It was more the horse [expletive] bloop than anything else that got that reaction from me.
  7. Yep, random POS comes thru for the Cards. Not shocking at all.
  8. I'm not sure how he'd know and others wouldn't yet, but McCarver said something about his fingers. Or never mind. He did look a little like he was limping going into the clubhouse.
  9. Based on the way things went yesterday, we either get payback and he allows like 10 runs or he goes 6 scoreless. Doesn't see like there's much room for in between.
  10. Sounds like blisters based on what McCarver just said.
  11. Why the hell is Richard warming up? Please don't be hurt and have the shits like Bryant did.
  12. This ump's zone is all over the place.
  13. Olney says velocity was down before he was removed.
  14. It's on your Cardinals station. My ESPN broadcast is blacked out and the only thing worse than ESPN announcers is Cardinals announcers.
  15. Who goes in the 9th? Grimm? Or Rondon back out there?
  16. That's some professional hitting right there.
  17. They can't handle the pressure (I hope)!
  18. Announcers whining about Hernandez needing to ask for help when they were completely fine with his call without help on Coughlan's strikeout.
  19. Pretty sure only fair/foul in the outfield is reviewable.
  20. Wow, that was a quick trigger on Maness. And that's the glorious kind of thing that so happens to us all the time against these schmucks.
  21. These clowns in the booth for the Cardinals were lamenting Sean Marshall last inning and how he can't stay healthy now because he was a hard thrower and the Cubs used him too much when they weren't any good. They couldn't have possibly been any more wrong than they were.
