As hard as they're biting on the run action, play action seems like a really good idea here.

I think these guys are going for 2 too often in this situation. Too often it comes back to bite you if you don't take the 1 point. the single point does very little Yeah, in many cases it does. Lions kick a FG, bears get a TD and PAT, suddenly you're up 3 instead of 1 and can't get beat by a FG.

I'm the same age and he is easily the best Cub to play in our lives and the only thing that made them relevant and competitive for years. Yeah, that was terrific. He pimped that about as hard as you possibly can. I mean, the runner from third scored as he left the batter's box.

Based on the rule they just quoted, the umps nailed it. Curious to know if them waving it dead makes any difference, but there was certainly no way in hell they were throwing him out at the plate.

Well, I'm pretty sure I've never seen that happen before. I'm pretty sure that call is right, but even more shocking is that Harold Reynolds had it correct before the umps made their call. Great awareness by Odor to score.

Rodney is definitely on the list. Shooting the arrow is awesome if he's your guy, but I'd hate it if he wasn't a Cub. Not because I hate celebrations or anything, but it would just suck.
