Contract year for Wilson still, Shawn Chacon? At least get a pitching prospect with a live arm. Instead they trade for a 28 year old pitcher with an ERA of 7. Way to go, Pirates. It's like getting a 26 year old shortstop as bad as Neifi Perez for Greg HOF Maddux.

Gotta love paying 7 dollars for a baseball ticket! Yeah and Alex Gordon and Billy Butler being better than anyone we have turned out the last what 20 years. lots of cub gear at kaufman. dunno why, maybe its the carmraderie of bad teams, maybe its the common hatred of the redbirds. Yeah there is, I am not really sure why either. Probably both of those things and 7 dollar tickets.

I wouldn't. I am slowly going to more Royals games and watching less Cubs. I will always love the Cubs first and foremost, but management obviously doesn't give two craps about the fans.

Vernon Wells is a great centerfielder. Why not keep him there and Jaque in right in that scenario? -
Except for Kenny Lofton. And Mark Grudzelaniek. And the 04 version of CPatt. And Mark Bellhorn (2002). And Eric Young (2000) And Lenny Harris(2003) Bwhahaha. In all seriousness he is about the 5th best this decade and we are in its 6th year. A real keeper.

Hendry sees the .000 batting average. At least we have that going for us :roll: Oh I am resigned to the worst case possible happening. i see Detroit cutting Perez, us picking him up and going Cedeno at 3b, strong arm. Izturis at ss. Perez at 2b, with that defense those gloves will outhit everyone.
