Yeah, but the fact that our team is really bad is going to hurt it. When our starting pitching comes back down to earth, we're going to be hurting. I thought our offense would be a lot better than this. Why we still have no OBP guys. Hendry got us the same players with a bit more talent. Now we are a bit better. I think the OF log jam is killing us. You can't just juggle guys and expect them to put up solid numbers w/o getting regular ABs. Barrett is really sucking. That's my Cotts! Woo Yeah we should be trading one of our outfielders, but we are gonna wait it out.

More brilliant posts about Wood on NSBB.com I can't get enough of them. Yeah he has totally earned the paycheck the past two years. Far be it for us working stiffs to get a little angry to see this guys get paid money to hang out in chicago/arizona.

Could the game then be shown on MLB Extra innings? No, who is going to cover it? The Fox crew will pack up and leave, announcers and all. You really don't think there are any other crews there? Only radio guys, who else would be there? Well I know here in town they always have the Royals network crew. I would assume the Phillies would have something similar. I also would think the Fox crew would stay to at lesat give updates. Who knows though.

The TEX/ANA game, yes. Not the Cub game. I'm not sure if Fox has had Gracie doing the Cubs yet. I love Mark Grace, I really do, but when the Cubs were playing the Cards on Fox, in his postgame analysis talking about how the Cubs were starting to come together and perform, he rattled off this gem: "Lets not forget how well Wade Miller has done for them in the 5th spot" or something like that. I was like... "what" Well Wade has kept us near .500 almost single handidly.

should be extended like earlier in Pitt? Yeah, I thought we went through this before and the game is suspended under new rules, not 'called' thats what i'm thnking...shouldnt matter what inningBut, this inning wasn't completed. I think this one is different.

Not really-he wasn't expected to be ready for most of this year, and he has a .318/.358/455 line so far-which is good, but not worthy of promotion especially for someone who is very questionable defensively as well. I see, is his defense really that bad? I have only seen him in person one time. I would love his .800 ops at 2B though.
