The Big 12 is like the ABA was. it's such a joke this year. this ou team is really like a switzer team, except we throw the ball and no one sells crack. when you can't get a play like that right, you need to be fired, fired, because you suck at your job and you'll do it again. The ball was rolling on the ground on the slow mo replay. Yet was called a catch. Just amazing.

The Tech defense is not good at all. KU will put up a lot of points, already 7-7. Can't you take Tech out and put any big 12 team in the same spot without being wrong? I would argue that Texas and OU both have good defense, with Texas getting much better every week. Probably won't be able to really tell until the bowl games though. Which is why you are always the two best teams in the conference. Seriously will there even be a punt in the Tech KU game?

You have had better teams, it's just America wasn't as bad. Thus it makes you feel like this team is better, imo.

I don't like Kirk. At all. That said, I'd still rather see him out there than Hughes. Hughes is absolutely terrible and has no redeeming qualities. Of course he's going to go off for 20 pts now and then. How can you not when you shoot that much? Agreed and I think Hinrich bounces back a bit this year. He was not as bad as he played last year.

It should, but look at the names of his guys on paper vs. who he usually loses too. He almost beat UNC the year they won it all and believe me that his team on paper shouldn't be in the same gym as that UNC team. This year he definately lost to a team he should have beaten, but hell they almost beat you guys. I guess those other guys get blamed more because they recruit better. That said, all the guys you listed won the big one and thus I don't think can be questioned at all now.

Have we actually proven that Sulley will exist if he can't speak out against those speaking ill of the Illini? I like to think of it as a public service. well, since that's pretty much everyone on this board, my existence is ensured for a very long time. and btw, the overlooked fouls over the last 4 minutes of that game were just payback for 2001. they are still calling fouls on arch in that one. I sending ill thoughts your way about the Illini ... whatchew gonna do about it? Probably beat you again at least once this year. So before you go thinking that Purdue was just amazing last year and that they are a lock to win the big ten. Remember they lost to us last year and we were about as bad as you could be and still be considered a D1 team. You weren't that bad last year....You guys way underperformed and should have been in the middle of the big ten...Either us or Michigan State are a lock to win the Big Ten this year the rest of the teams are weak... Watching us every game, it sure felt like we were horrible. More than bad luck it was more an ability to find ways to lose. Either shooting 50% from the free throw line or playing Chester Frazier around 34 minutes a game, we were bad. Oh and I still think Wisky wins the conference. I know they shouldn't, but they always overacheive. yeah, but that was there team with Brian Butch and Joe Krabbenhoft. They lost two of there three big guys. Butch was a force in the Big Ten. I just don't think Flowers and Landry will carry them to a title. They'll be good, but that's going to be tough with Purdue and Mich St being in there way They also weren't going to be as good without Devin Harris. Then without Mike Wilkinson, then they lost Alando Tucker. They just reload. If you want to beat them for the conference title you better be damn good. Like top 10 good. You may do it, but it won't be easy.
