I would ask about Gordon, they might not be totally sour on him yet, but with Moustakas now moved to that spot, I bet you could get him from them. I know this is probably a ridiculous thought, but I know Alex played short a few times last year for them. If he could just be average defensively at short, his bat would be a huge upgrade. The only teams that could make a claim to equal talent were UCLA and Memphis, and that's only because their top-level talent was slightly better than KU's. KU had them on depth, though. Cuse has looked medicore because of the conference. Last year they had four MCDAAs, that is a lot of talent for a team that struggles to qualify for the conference tournament. As much as it pains me to say it, that league is stacked.

What's impressive though is how good the depth is. Besides South Florida and Rutgers there isn't a gimmie in that conference.
