We need this game. Gotta quit dropping home games to mid majors. We actually haven't done that since the awful '07-'08 season. It's playing mid-majors anywhere but Champaign that's been our problem lately. Are you not counting Penn St? The only time we've lost to them since that season was the year Penn State won the NIT(and probably should've been a tourney team.) Not a good loss, but it happens. Oh well, we won. But Meyers getting 3 shots cannot happen.

Brandon Paul keeps trying but St. Bonaventure's uniforms must be blending into the court or something, cause he's certainly not seeing the defenders standing in the way. The last attempt was awful, the kid beat Leonard to the spot. Lob the ball Brandon.

I hope you point out every bad shot all year. It seems we get a lot of them out of timeouts. Bruce should draw up more get wide open shot plays. He should maybe try and get the ball in the post once in a while.

Unless the Bulls win. You're right, I can't argue with the numbers. You know the ones like attendance, where mls has surpassed the NBA. Or ratings, where again the NBA trails the other big sports. The Lakers dominance by buying everyone else's stars is definitely great for casual fan interest. Oooookay? Eh it's prolly not that big of a deal, just pisses me off the Lakers always step in and snatch the big names from other teams for what amounts to crap. Not sure how people can find that super interesting.

Great, so in the new NBA the Lakers will still have a ton of the talent. Yawn. The NBA is slightly more legit than the WWE.

I think the hope is it hurts Bama enough to push OSU ahead of them. I guess so. It at least opens the possibility of another matchup, however small. The gap between 2 and 3 is huge though. OSU would have to really dominate OU and hope it gets the voters on their side. It seems like everyone has pretty much conceded that LSU-Bama is going to be the title game, which is different from 2006 when the media was openly against Michigan playing OSU in the title game, so it wasnt a huge surprise when Florida ended up #2. Go Georgia, win this so the National title game is between two non conference champions.

I hope he Keeps playing as well as he did then.

Deron and James? Maybe James was more assertive than I give him credit for. Still have a bad taste from the Carolina game, but it was hardly his fault, since he played about 8 minutes. Augustine was a beast. Love to have another guy like him again.
