  1. the b1g is trash I disagree
  2. With 4 out of their last 5 being quality opponents....I wouldnt be surprised if Alabama has a slip up. Wouldnt bet on it, but wouldnt be surprised. I will be shocked if they lose in the playoffs
  3. OSU is not very good.....UCF? Come on!!! Oklahoma and Georgia are not significantly better than Clemson, ND or Michigan. Never said they were significantly better. Just think they have a better shot at giving Bama a game. Oklahoma can obviously score with anyone. Georgia gave Bama a game last year, and has some athletes that could give Bama trouble. Clemson isn't terrible and has the athletes on both sides, but won by a combined 4-5 points over the only 2 halfway decent teams they've faced. I think Bama would beat ND and Michigan by 20+, though Michigan's defense is starting to put it together. Georgia is going to have their shot. If Oklahoma wins out they will probably have their shot also. I think someone will stumble
  4. Ohio State won't even beat Michigan. They would lose by 50 to Alabama Yeah, I only included them because they'd likely be the team that has to beat Michigan. But yeah, rather see UCF try to "Boise St" their way into an upset. OU and Georgia would have to have everything go perfectly to give Bama a fight, they are so horsefeathering good. Alabama would score 70 against Oklahoma.
  5. OSU is not very good.....UCF? Come on!!! Oklahoma and Georgia are not significantly better than Clemson, ND or Michigan.
  6. It looks like most of Penn State's players forgot there was a game today I am starting to come around on Michigan being a really good team.....
  7. It looks like sev eral Penn St players are wearing scarves
  8. Yeah I think LSU loses this week and 1 of Michigan or OSU wins out and gets in and it’s Bama, Clemson, ND, Mich/OSU ultimately Do not be surprised if Georgia beats BAMA in the SEC CG. No way BAMA is left out of a playoff, so that would be 2 SEC teams in. I think if Oklahoma wins out they will get in over a one loss OSU. Georgia beating BAMA in the SEC Championship game is exactly what everyone who wants an 8 or 16 team field should be hoping for.
  9. I think Fitzgerald does a great job of improving his team as the season progresses. I think they will give ND fits next week.
  10. I see by your surprise that you have wisely avoided Cubs Twitter. Bryce Harper is a very polarizing player for non value related reasons.....my guess is a good majority of the twitter crowd who dont want Bryce are made up of people who have decided they dont like him. I dont think this site has a lot of those types of people. This site is more of reason based debate(better than most of the internet anyway). So I can see why someone is surprised the discussion is going on here
  11. It would have been hard to beat Michigan healthy....playing the 3rd team offense just made it worse. Lewerke playing so poorly....aaarrrgh
  12. Not trying to be a ND hater, but I think a rematch would be different....that being said I also think Michigan is going to lose 2 more games
  13. Texas being number 9 is silly. It is almost amazing that Florida didn't get a bigger bump. The beating a top 10 SEC school usually gets another SEC more than 5 spots in the poll.
  14. I really thouggt Kentucky would be higher....do the voters know they are a SEC school
  15. pranking the internet?
  16. I think Las Vegas is a fluke of flukes. Several players playing way higher than career norms. Pacific division being trash. Western Conference as a whole not having any elite teams. But, winning the Stanley Cup is extremely hard....just ask Canada
  17. I think having a Canadian team would boost ratings up north. I dont think Vegas is moving the ratings that much in the US
  18. If Michigan shoots lights out it could be a game...but even if they do I think they would be hard pressed to beat Villanova
  19. Especially when teams are basically giving you a lay up by overplaying tbe 3 on defense. Take your lay up and extend tbe game
  20. The downside of the Cinderella teams is really bad games like last nights UMBC/KSU debacle. And several more un compelling sweet 16 match ups on the horizon.
  21. So just limited to what i learned and taught my sons about hitting for power. Your front land foot should almost be slightly pushing against your leg/hip to help create torque to have more power. Very similar to pitching. Rolling your ankle seems to very much contridict that. I am not a pro though.
  22. This MSU fan is hanging his head in shame. I would hope that the school itself will do the right things....but if not, I guess the NCAA should step in
  23. Not sure what this has to do with the original post, but I think the headline is a bit misleading on this article.
  24. I'm not sure they will beat Wisconsin....or at least wouldn't assume it's a foregone conclusion. Of course not. It's jut that if Oklahoma and Wisconsin both win next week, there's no discussion on the playoff teams. You'd get those two plus the SEC and ACC winners. and if either one losses, Alabama gets in. Funny how-the Big 12 not having a championship game may have hurt them in the past....this year nothing good can happen with them having one
