  1. Apologies. Clearly, Bradley Nowell is a better songwriter than anything I like. "I'd pop a cap in Sancho and I'd slap her dowwwwn" is almost White Album material.
  2. Limp Bizkit and other nü metal bands belong in their own Mt. Rushmore. Russ Hanneman's Mt. Rushmore, if you will. That had him obnoxiously blasting Live in the newest episode, when he feels all betrayed and melodramatic, was perfect. I will shamefully admit that Live was the horsefeathers when I was in college, and I loved that band.
  3. If Train makes my ears bleed, Sublime makes me want to seek out a dude too old to be on a skateboard and punch him. sure, we all hate 30 year olds on BMX's and longboards. that's no reason to dislike Sublime, who actually wasn't a bland, milquetoast, studio band playing bland crappy music that sucked. Limp Bizkit wasn't bland either, but they still sucked. Dumb lyrics, typical 90's pseudo ska tracks, just popcorn alt 90's pop. But he OD'd on heroin so he is somehow a poet. Not the worst, but pretty bad.
  4. That is the Mount Rushmore of awful 90's bands. wait, what? Sublime? Awful? Are you kidding me? If Train makes my ears bleed, Sublime makes me want to seek out a dude too old to be on a skateboard and punch him.
  5. Man, local radio in Southern California plays the horsefeathers out of RHCP. So horrible. (Same for Linkin Park, Blink-182 and Sublime. You'd never know there are good bands from here.) That is the Mount Rushmore of awful 90's bands.
  6. lol that weirdo. Smear campaign? Losing a home game to Jacksonville State and winning 1 SEC game in 2 years is a self inflicted smear campaign, Houston. If the Rebels had somehow miracled their way into a bowl game in his final 2-10 season, it has come out that literally (and that's not the hyperbolic use of the word) half the team would have been academically ineligible. Apology? He should thank Ole Miss for paying him 6 million dollars to piss off. That's right. LSU took a knee against Ole Miss with 5 minutes left in the game. And he got $3M to leave Arkansas. The worst.
  7. Houston Nutt demands an apology from Ole Miss, hints at legal action. https://sports.yahoo.com/news/houston-nutt-seeking-apology-ole-miss-ncaa-violation-reaction-devastates-173204481.html Please, let this happen.
  8. Not this guy. LeBron and his flopping whining ass can get swept for all I care.
  9. How awesome would it be to have half the starters hurt, yet the Cubs win behind Candy and Happ crushing today? Waves and waves, StL.
  10. Just about outside to Almora. This ump has been shitty all night.
  11. First of all, it cleared the monster Costas. Secondly, not every moment needs a backstory Bob. Just call the horsefeathering game.
  12. All this offense going early, Saints are about to have their choice of Johnathan Allen and Lattimore. Wow.
  13. Beating down Pittsburgh last night followed by a 1-0 shutdown in their Cole game would be about as good as it gets.
  14. Wtf was that with Dallas Braden there He is just the newest in a long list of clowns ESPN trots onto the airways. From Herm Edwards to Bayless to Dickie V. ESPN sucks.
  15. I'd rather have a stud LB or DB A pass rusher is tops on my wish list followed by a stud CB, but as a FA pickup I like the move. The window with Brees is 2-3 yrs, and I like the pressure taken off the defense with a solid running game. Defense can be addressed with 2 picks in the 1st round. I never was a fan of trading pick 32 to NE for Butler, because no way do you mortgage the future for an aging CB that will need a new contract soon anyway.
  16. That could be the pre-imminent move of the offseason. Ok, autocorrect cop.
  17. Adrian Peterson signing with the Saints looks eminent. They get an edge rusher with one of their 2 first round picks and this team is all of a sudden very relevant.
  18. The development of Addy and Contreras is fun to see. The really isn't any serious weakness position/batting wise on the team if we are judging them rationally. If the starters come around, which they should, this team can basically stand pat at the deadline, no problem.
  19. Hearting this post isn't enough. The very last guy out of the pen looks like garbage in a blowout in April.
