I watched the whole thing. It was great and I think Theo said all the right things. I don't think he was alluding to anyone in particular. Probably speaking about the team's mindset collectively and how they lost that killer edge. I really don't think the players got complacent. A bunch of players just struggled this year. Also, we need to remember this Cubs team won 95 games so we have to frame this disappointment in the right context. True, but some of those comments, like the noon game on getaway day in a long season, were pretty specific. No, there’s no shame in 95 wins, but [expletive] the bed against the Pirates, or those Brewers series took away any gleem of the season. There were some pretty worthless ABs in those games.
