    Not sure I’d call it a monumental upset. This Saints team isn’t as good as their record suggests. What? They’ve gotten this record playing practice squad players all season and now they’re nearly 100% healthy.

    I can't remember, did Shoop like to call that play? Maybe that's it. I'm emotionally damaged from those days. But honestly, it isn't just a WR screen that bothers me, it's any pass into the flat where the DB has the perfect opportunity to jump the play. whatever You just described about 1/4 of the Saints offensive playbook.

    This plus aren't the Saints somewhat limited by Brees? Not in the same manner of the Bears of course, nevertheless, I thought there's throws, etc. Brees has trouble with? Maybe but isn't their offense more of a intermediate catch in space/YAC style? I could be way off. Pretty much. Something to consider, though, is that this week will be the first game since Week 1 that the Saints will have a their receiving corps healthy and on the field with Brees. Mike Thomas is 100% for the game. Oddly enough, Drew has been throwing the ball downfield more since returning from the broken ribs. I'm not sure if that has something to do with the practice squad receivers he's been throwing to, but some of these throws weren't happening early in the season.

    Yeah, I’m not getting the love for Fields as a top draft pick. Sure, he had a great game against a defense whose best win was against UMiami. Just not seeing how he’s elite.
