  1. I get people being superfans at actual games, but getting decked out and acting craaaazy for the cameras when your team is about to pick is sad.
  2. Get him out of the NFC.
  3. Chase and Pitts will be gone by 6, mayyyyybe 7. And trading what it would take to get up into the top 10 in a draft with 5 legit QB prospects, and then taking a top 15ish overall type corner, would be a bad use of resources imo. Word is that Payton and Ireland think that this draft is pretty weak past the first 20 picks, so maybe that's the rationale. I mean, past CB, a 3rd WR and a backup LB, they really don't need a whole lot of players to make the team.
  4. Saints reportedly about to trade into the top 10 picks. I really, really don't think they want a QB. Hoping it's Pitts, Jaycee Horn or Chase.
  5. Is it me or have umpires been especially terrible with the strike zone this season?
  6. Just give Tatis Jr the NL MVP already.
  7. This Padres vs Dodgers rivalry is already fun. Tatis Jr cracks the 2nd pitch from Bauer over the LF wall and talks horsefeathers running around the bases.
  8. Followed by the real Javy. That is a black hole in the order.
  9. That is inexcusable. I’m sure when he’s asked about it after the game he’ll rattle off some “trying to create a spark” type nonsense.
  10. Zion is so horsefeathering good. He’s pretty much automatic in the paint. Stan Van Gundy has put him at the PG on slow trips down the court, and the guy either scores against a mismatch or shows really incredible passing ability.

Is there a rule that you can’t grab another putter? If so, can he bring a new putter tomorrow?
  12. Yeah, but Schwarber has covid I'm not even suggesting Schwarber, I'm suggesting Ross and the Cubs not show that much patience and go with, someone, anyone who can make contact once in a while. At times K's aren't so bad but, there's also cases were it's helpful to put the ball in play which, apparently, Joc cannot do. He's had 14 ABs.
  13. I’m here for it. Let them antagonize the hell out of the Cardinals like back in the Brandon Phillips era.
  14. Jackasses? Timme would like a word with you.
  15. I grew up watching Nolan Richardson basketball. Good defense is harassing your opponent for 40 minutes and wearing them out running the floor. Advertised as "40 minutes of hell." Watch his 30 for 30 sometime. Good stuff.
  16. Baylor defense is real = giving up 87? I grew up watching Nolan Richardson basketball. Good defense is harassing your opponent for 40 minutes and wearing them out running the floor.
  17. LSU is shutting down Jaden Hill’s season. Looks like Tommy John if you believe local reports.
  18. What is that? Clase Azul Reposado. Friends gave it to me for my birthday. I bought one myself when it was gone. We've gone through 4 bottles between our two houses and I'm getting ready to buy another. It's $140 - $150, so not an everyday tequila or something you mix in a margarita. But it's a great sipping tequila. Highly recommend. Oh, that stuff is the horsefeathers. Also recommend.
  19. Baylor 91 Zags 87 The Baylor defense is real and if they're hitting their 3's they're nearly unstoppable.
  20. I totally agree with the sentiment, but I’d say you look for the three then take the two if it’s open. UCLA had this game in regulation, though.
  21. Bruins got hosed on that no call block on the dunk attempt. Timme is reason enough to root against the Zags. I still think Baylor can take either one of them.
  22. Miley! Seriously though, I’m digging the Joan Jett hair on her.
  23. we've been saying this for like 3 years. I'll never understand how they just let the team rot for multiple seasons. blow it up, go for it, or change things up by trading some guys for other major league guys. they've just done nothing for so long. I think you might get your wish this trade deadline. In order for the Cubs to make any kind of run, the core all needs a bounce back season and 2-5 starters all need to make a leap. A lot to ask.
  24. To be fair, a bunch of those pitches were not exactly hard to lay off of.
