And trading what it would take to get up into the top 10 in a draft with 5 legit QB prospects, and then taking a top 15ish overall type corner, would be a bad use of resources imo. Word is that Payton and Ireland think that this draft is pretty weak past the first 20 picks, so maybe that's the rationale. I mean, past CB, a 3rd WR and a backup LB, they really don't need a whole lot of players to make the team.
