This will be Mussleman’s best team at Arkansas. Lots of young talent again, but this season he has the size in the front court, too.

There are so many good college QBs. Someone mentioned in the NFL thread that Green Bay would be in mediocre purgatory and not bad enough to draft a top tier QB, but this is a DEEP QB draft. Penix, McNamara, Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix, Caleb, Shaduer Sanders, Maye, Pratt..,I’m sure I’m missing a few.

I am hesitant to gripe about all the Taylor Swift/Chiefs coverage, mainly because I hate to agree on anything with the football bro crowd, but there is only one reason that KC vs Vikings is the national 3pm game instead of Philly at Rams, and that is aggravating.

Nice to see the Saints offense starting to click against a solid Patriots defense, but wow, New England is godawful on offense. They’ve got zero weapons on that side of the ball.

I think I’m rooting for a Phillies vs the Orioles WS. Philly is a fun team to watch, plus it’s easy to root for them playing the Braves in that suburban Costco of a ballpark.

I’ve been to Tampa several times. It seems like no one who lives there is a native to Tampa. Plus, that repurposed airport hangar of a stadium is miles from the city.

Man, I don’t know. Obviously, you’ve seen more of aTm than me but Max Johnson looks pretty good. But yeah, Jimbo is a big fraud. Lots of upset potential in the SEC this weekend. LSU at Mizzou, BAMA at aTm, and watch out for Kentucky at Georgia.

On Friday when Cart first started throwing this week, the narrative put out there was that he’d be better at getting the ball out there to Kamara and quick hitters to receivers, what with how bad the O-line has been. I dunno, that’s all I got. At a certain point, I think Saints fans have to come to terms with the idea that maybe the Pete Carmichael/Sean Payton brilliant offensive minds thing was really just Drew Brees. Between the two of them designing and calling plays, they’ve had 3 years with multiple QBs and the offense has been absolutely anemic.

Not surprised to see LSU struggling at Ole Miss. The only good team they’ve played blew them out, they barely beat a bad Arkansas team and even struggled early against Grambling. They may pull this out, but damn is the SEC down this year. I’m sure Atlanta would love a Kentucky/Ole Miss title game.

He’s hinted since Milwaukee won the title that he might walk away from basketball. He seems to be one of those different kind of athletes who doesn’t need to play until he’s washed up. While he was with the Pels, he took off the first few months of the season to be with his wife who was going through chemotherapy. He’s a smart, different kind of dude.

Carr has AC sprain in his shoulder. The timetable for that injury is usually 2-6 weeks.

I’d argue that the Auburn HC is not a great gig. Always looking up at BAMA and Georgia with a very impatient fan base who expects to be on their tier. Cam is the only reason they’ve won a title.

I mean, they barely beat Colorado State. And they beat TCU with brand new starters everywhere in the first game of season in a crazy shootout . The Buffs are a great story but I don’t see how they keep it close the next couple of weeks.

Agreed. I watched him last week vs the Falcons and he just seems to have zero feel for playing NFL QB.
