Had a feeling the Bucs would have trouble this year when they couldn't do anything with two early home games with Newton-less Carolina and St. Louis. Going to get ugly quickly for Tampa.
Due to fallout from a failed suicide attempt for a very close relative, I have not and will not have the time to keep up with my fantasy team going forward. Sorry. I'm actually not sure if I ever paid for this year yet, and if not let me know, I'll take care of it right away.
That Arizona game was much more a case of "There's no way the Bears should have won that game". This was "The Bears really dominated the second half of that game. I'm not sure exactly how, but they were clearly the better team the second half."
Just as everyone expected, the Bears lead the NFC North and the only undefeated teams in the NFL are Arizona, Carolina, Philly, Buffalo, Houston, Cincy and Denver.
Saying a QB is a "big winner" is almost as stupid as saying a starting pitcher "knows how to win". The point is he's putting up numbers but it's not translating. Don't give me that weak starting pitcher comparison crap. That's not where I was going with it. It's not translating because it's a team sport. QB stats don't translate directly to wins. That's why it's a stupid point.
Really, the one play that personified the day was the "jumped too early" catch by Woods, with Conte allegedly lining him up for a big hit, only to see Conte miss him almost completely.
