  1. He's a gigantic improvement over the crap you've had there the last few years. The Flyers are going to be scary good now that they're actually going to have a goalie. Great news for the Hawks too. We should be able to patch up the 3rd and 4th forward lines pretty easily now, with some good players to boot. Very happy about that.
  2. Those last three stats are mind-blowing. I know we've had quite a bit of injuries but even early in the season, he was juggling the lineup on a daily basis.
  3. Sounds like the obnoxious Yankee fans have taken over Wrigley.
  4. I also like how he said that he didn't care what people said or thought of him with the loss to Dallas. This is the same guy that said he was going to "take notes" and "make a list" of everyone that bashed him in the offseason before this season started. Stay consistent, LeBron.
  5. He just really needs to stop talking.
  6. Yep. Quote of the year material.
  7. [expletive] AWESOME.
  8. The officiating in this game has been pretty repulsive.
  9. Dirk really needs to go in attack mode. I know he doesn't want to pick up a third foul, but do whatever you can to try to get to the free throw line.
  10. Way to go to a commercial.
  11. I really don't understand what we're doing with our roster, but whatever. There's no reason why Davis should be starting over Coleman, right?
  12. Well it would ultimately depend on the exact deal, but no. But thats because Carmelo is not the guy people claimed he is. Overrated. Maybe a little. But a second scorer alongside Rose sure would've looked good against Miami. Sure but Bosh and LeBron torching us without Noah and Deng in there would have looked not as good. So we lose 4 "105-98" games instead of 4 "88-82" games. It's not as if Noah was exactly shutting people down in the playoffs. He was terrible for most of that series. He was the Bulls worst player in that series, and it wasn't particularly close.

  14. More importantly, why didn't this happen three weeks ago?
  15. That looks like one of those lineups at the end of 2006.
  16. I think the bad field is a huge part as to why it's a tough place to play. The Bears record late in the season at home has always been one of their stronger suits, right? Wasn't the Arizona game an unseasonably warm day as well?
  17. lol at Lambeau being the toughest place to play. It's 2011, not 1998. I'd probably have Lambeau as the third toughest place to play in the NFC North.
  18. 5 BB's in 35 innings = love.
  19. Wow. Hell yes.
  20. What about quitting baseball because of the Cubs?
  21. Yes and probably yes.
  22. Who has legitimately speculated about a possible trade for Gordon? I don't see how that's going to happen with the money he's owed over the duration of his deal with Detroit.
  23. Well, the writer does bring up a good point about Phoenix. Why the hell do they still have a team?
