how does he still have a job? i remember i made a poll about him and what level of football he was qualified to coach at. i believe that i voted "pop warner" I just laughed out loud when I realized he was still coaching Pitt. How does he still have a job? Beating WV? Yeah, I'm pretty sure he would've been fired if Pitt didn't win that game. Sheridan just looks awful. I'm loving every bit of this.

Utah is playing an extremely stupid game right now. Flag after flag after flag as well as a missed extra point which is the difference in the game.

Dave Wannstedt still coaches Pitt. Therefore, they're never going to be good. Northwestern's putting a hurting on Syracuse. And Va Tech just went 4 and out for the first upset of the season.

Hamels really hasn't been as dominant this year though. Plus we're throwing our 4 best at them, so I feel confident about that as well. That was a pretty fun game to follow, finished before my class at 2 began. I like quick, well-pitched games. Jason Marquis is the Pirate killer.

Haugh's been saying this pretty consistently on Tribune Live on CSN too. 6 RB, 2 QB. And it seems like David is right an awful lot. I with you though...keep Hanie, ditch Wolfe. Wolfe isn't ever going to be more than is right now, IMO. Hanie doesn't count toward the 53 man roster because the 3rd QB is "inactive" for the games and can't play unless the first 2 guys get hurt and once they play in a game, the other guys can't come back in. Not true, he would count toward the 53. He just wouldn't count on the gameday or active roster which is at 45.

There ya go Raisin. Took a little longer than expected, but I think Soto and Z redeemed themselves for that awful 1st inning. -
