  1. He's not even 100%, is he? I dunno, who cares. It was a supreme waste of money. He's the best DT in football when he's healthy.
  2. He's not even 100%, is he?
  3. Yeah, try having them as the game in your market every damn week.
  4. 21-3, and it's still in the 1st. Denver's put up 41 and 39 their first two games, so this really isn't too surprising. Perhaps they're establishing themselves as a threat in the AFC.
  5. Yes let's overlook Kyle's poor play at times and the defense failing to stop Tampa at the end of the 4th quarter and just blame it on Peanut retaliating when he should know better. Who cares if Tampa started it, the refs NEVER see who started it. You have to realize it's OT and you are getting the ball back.....winning the damn game should be retaliation enough. I'm tired of people making excuses for the this team. I'll agree with you on that, you really can't blame the refs for that penalty. If Tillman doesn't retaliate, nothing happens and the Bears get the ball back with great field position. I'm going to go out on a major limb here (sarcasm) and just assume that Tampa's defense probably aimed to just shut down the Bears running game and to make Orton beat them; the good ol' Tarvaris Jackson strategy. I'm sure that had something to do with how the playcalling and Orton's passing changed in the 2nd half.
  6. And these two games could easily cost the Bears a trip to the playoffs. Hopefully they send the tape to the league for review. You shouldn't get a 15 yard PF when another player takes a full swing at you and all you do is wrap him up and go to the ground. Playoffs? Playoffs? The upset win over the Colts was nice but is becoming readily apparent the Bears are not playoff material in 2008. Probably another 7-9 type of team. Eh, they easily could be 3-0 right now.
  7. You don't cut Tillman based on one penalty. He's way too valuable for that to happen.
  8. That's what happens when you throw the ball 67 times.
  9. Lot of good games this week. I'll be interested to see what Illinois can do against Penn State. Everyone knows PSU hasn't played a real team yet, but they've absolutely obliterated all the teams they've played so far while Illinois looked real bad against LA-Lafayette. I'm expecting a close game...I hope. SIU-UNI should be the I-AA game of the week. If we lose, we'll be staring 1-3 in the face as we face North Dakota State on the road the following week. Teams with 4 losses don't get in the I-AA playoffs, so this is as much of a must win game as it gets for a game on September 27.
  10. That's pretty funny.
  11. I think it's safe to say that the Rams and Chiefs are the two worst teams in the league. Kansas City looks like they could be beat by some college teams. Carolina just choked before the half. Damn it.
  12. I'm pretty sure 95% of everyone on here agrees, so I don't know why you're bringing that up.
  13. Anyone else have the Chiefs-Falcons game? Ryan just threw a long TD pass and Gus Johnson went nuts.
  14. Myself.
  15. Why do you even throw that ball if your Theriot?
  16. lol McCarver just called Kosuke, "Fukudomo."
  17. The ball really isn't carrying a whole lot today. Another effective inning for Lilly.
  18. Holy crap, what a play by both Aramis and Lee.
  19. Why in the hell would you be cheering for him to do bad?
  20. lol @ Ohio State as they barely lead Troy 14-10 at half.
  21. Woohoo, they've won two in a row. That's sure heating up.
